Recessed lashing rings positioned in the side chimes and on the platform allow loads to be securely restrained, helping operators transport materials safely and efficiently.

The trailer is fitted with commercial axles, air suspension with raise/lower valve, two-line air braking and WABCO EBS. Load sensing, park and shunt valves, spring brakes and automatic slack adjusters are included as standard, providing dependable braking performance and ease of operation. The trailer is supplied with red and yellow air susies, electric and 24V EBS susies, along with a 24V ISO standard lighting circuit, LED rear lamp clusters, front and side LED marker lights, outline marker lights, reflectors and a licence plate holder with light.

For strength, safety and practicality, the Chieftain 2 Axle Commercial Flatbed includes a 410mm high fixed headboard, sideguards under the side chimes, bolt-on spray suppression mud flaps behind each wheel, conspicuity high-visibility tape to the rear and sides, and safety labels fitted throughout. Lockable stainless steel toolboxes with rubber sealed doors are fitted as well as a two-speed adjustable height jacking leg with handle provides practical support when coupling and uncoupling.

This model can also be tailored to suit specific applications, with optional extras including various platform lengths, telescopic drawbar, rear reversing camera with monitor, LED flashing strobes, LED worklamps, front and rear wide marker boards with LED lights, ISO twistlocks, fall arrest posts and straps, rear bar for aluminium clip-on ramps and aluminium ramps for loading machinery.
